International Ordering

ImportPerformance.com ships to the Canada, United Kingdom, Australia and New Zealand (see payment details below). If you are an International customer from these countries you may order by phone or by fax. For us to correctly process your International order, you may be asked to provide additional identification. You will be contacted by email in regards to these requirements. We understand that some of these procedures might feel restrictive, but due to the high risk of fraud with international orders we have had to implement these procedures. To continue to serve our international customers, ImportPerformance.com thoroughly investigates and checks all international orders for fraud and we will prosecute to the full extent of the law. We do not supply customs tax/duty information. Please contact you local customs office to find out what laws are applicable in your country.

ImportPerformance.com includes customs forms for all international shipments. We list the actual value of the order's contents by product type.

Canadian Orders

All Canadian orders are shipped via FedEx International. Delivery times are often 1-2 days. We have found that the tracking, insurance, brokerage at borders and speed of delivery are very important features. FedEx excels in these areas.

Canadian orders with items covered under the terms of NAFTA will be provided with proper customs documentation for all applicable items. Please include an accurate phone number and email address so FedEx International can contact you for collection of all country fees due.

ImportPerformance.com accepts payment with Visa, Master Card, Discover, and Cashiers Check. We also accept International Bank wire transfer. Please contact Customer Service for further instructions.

All International Orders from United Kingdom, Australia and New Zealand

ImportPerformance.com accepts payment with International Bank Wire Transfer and Cashiers Check in US Funds. Please contact Customer Service for further instructions at help@roadcatalogs.com.

International customers are responsible for all applicable duties and taxes. Please check with your local customs office for detailed information.

Customs, import duties (if any) and local taxes are assessed when the package arrives in your country. These additional fees are the responsibility of the recipient.

Invoices and charges are billed in US dollars. Your credit card company or funding bank (for Cashier's Checks and Wire Transfers) will bill you with your home currency at the current exchange rate.

Due to high risk and/or shipping costs for International orders, ImportPerformance.com does not ship countries other than those listed above.

Refused Orders

Any International order on which the recipient refuses to pay duties or customs is a refused order. If the order is returned to ImportPerformance.com, the customer is subject all applicable freight costs, restocking fees, brokerage fees and all customs and duties fees. International shipping times are hard to estimate due to variances ranging from the distance to be traveled to customs delays.
